Laco bread

Nan Lako is one of the most laborious dishes of Rashti that probably only the locals can make it with their inexhaustible taste. To prepare this delicious bread, they mix rice flour and wheat flour and make a thin and soft dough. How to cook lako is very precise. This thin dough is placed upside down on the back of a clay dish called Gamaj and cooked in this way. After cooking, saffron is the substance that gives a unique taste to lako.

Kaka Pumpkin

To make kakakdo, a combination of milk, sugar, rose water, eggs, and flour is used with cooked candied pumpkin. Then the resulting mixture should be fried in hot oil and give us something like a mixture of dumplings and cocoa.

In the name of Agarde sweets. Agardeh is made with local rice flour, sugar powder, cardamom, clove powder and ginger.
